I have a bug/question/complaint/feedback, how do I contact the team?
You can send us your feedback in our
Discord channel.. You can also
submit a ticket via our player support helpdesk.
Note: When submitting a ticket it would be useful for us if you attach a copy of your Game Log file. The log file is located in the following directory: Steam/steamapps/common/Goblin Gladiators/BattleGoblins/Saved/Logs.
You need to take the file with the time corresponding to your issue (this is usually the last one).

Please contact us via any channel (social media, Discord) with your in-game username and player ID (found by tapping on your Profile icon). We reserve the right to investigate suspicious refund activities.
What do I do if I forget my password?
As the game uses the Steam SDK, you do not have to enter an account name or password. The game automatically connects to your Steam account. If you have lost your Steam username or password, contact Steam support.
I bought something but the items does not appear as unlocked or in my inventory?
